The first Open event of our Grand Prix series, a 9-round 5-minute blitz, saw GM Marko Tratar get the first place ahead of FM Jan Bednarich and FM Stephen Dishman (all Gambit Bonnevoie), with IM Fred Berend from CE Dudelange in 4th place, and Serge Karp from CE Beggen-Dommeldange in 5th.
Several young players took part in the event, with Sevda Reding taking the 7th place – first among U18.
